Surrey

Surrey is one of the most classic of homes we've enjoyed working in. Our client's goal was to update critical spaces and value engineer others based upon budgeting and time constraints to complete the project. Our design team was allowed to blow up the roof and a very spectacular 3 story spiral staircase system was built using structural steel to erect floating stairs leading to the 3rd story. Some of Birmingham's finest artisans crafted beautiful cabinets, marble tops and backsplashes, and a limestone fireplace surround. Another popular design feature was to pull the laundry out of the basement into a classic etched glass pocket style French door enclosure off the main living level.
